The final outcome of the Call of Sumforest is available now.
All in all, seven projects were chosen to be funded – based on the ranking list of our international expert panel. The expert panel consisted of eight women and eight men from 15 different countries inside and outside of Europe, all of them with a high reputation and excellent working experiences.

Overall, 7 out of 26 eligible proposals were funded (27%). The anticipated sum requested for public funding is 8.363.709 €. Thus, 84% of the available budget was spent, as 9.965.000 € were in the virtual common pot.

Please be informed that for the Spanish projects, the funding agency is from now on MINECO only. Originally, INIA was planning to fund projects – together with MINECO. However, INIA stays a valuable partner within the Sumforest consortium.
